Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During large sales events, clearance sales, holiday promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may increase to 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the sale announcement or product listing. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

Fabric Cuts
Fabric is cut to order. Multiple quantities of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible. In rare circumstances, this may not be possible, and we will contact you before shipping.
Product Colors
We strive to accurately represent the colors of our fabrics and products. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen displays, lighting, and printing processes. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Returns & Exchanges
Because fabric is cut to order, all fabric sales are final unless an error was made on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional postage to be reshipped.
